Advisory and Program Management
At M-CRIL, we focus on users’ needs and pain points – using Human-Centric Approach and Behavioural Change – when implementing large programme based assignments to maximize uptake. The program management services would also include positioning M-CRIL’s technical resources within the concerned organisation for an extended period which helps in working together with the implementation teams in co-developing and implementing solutions.
